Win the pursuit with people who have built the thing.

ProSer Insights runs the full pursuit — presales discovery and demos, RFI and RFP responses, pricing, submission, and orals — for vendors selling into government and enterprise. Our presales engineers and proposal writers sit next to the team that ships voice AI, DCAA-compliant timekeeping, and case-management platforms, so what you propose is what you can deliver.
Built for teams that win more when the pursuit is run properly.
Most deals are lost before the writing starts — in a discovery call that missed the real requirement, a demo that showed features instead of outcomes, or a proposal that skipped a mandatory. We work with three kinds of teams.
Small and mid-size vendors
who need a presales and proposal function without hiring one. We become your solution-engineering and bid desk for the duration of the pursuit.
Established contractors
whose sales engineers and proposal team are at capacity. We take a demo, a volume, a section, or the compliance and production work so your team stays on strategy.
Technology firms selling AI and platform work
who need the solution, the architecture, and the live demo to hold up to technical evaluators. Our engineers build and present those with your team.
Every stage of the pursuit, or just the one you need.
Two groups of services. Each ends with a concrete deliverable, not an adjective.
Presales
Discovery & solution consulting
We join or lead discovery calls, map the buyer's problem to a solution, and document requirements, constraints, and success criteria before anyone writes a line of proposal or code.
Deliverable
Discovery notes, requirements register, and a solution brief the buyer recognizes as their own problem.
Demos & proofs of concept
Tailored demonstrations built on the buyer's scenarios — not a feature tour — and scoped POCs or pilots with clear exit criteria. Where our own platforms fit (ProSer VoiceAI, TimeFlow HR, case and consent management), the demo runs on live software.
Deliverable
Demo script and environment; POC plan with success criteria, timeline, and cost.
Solution architecture & estimation
Target architecture, integration approach, security and compliance posture, delivery plan, and effort estimates the engineering team has signed off on — so the sales promise and the delivery reality match.
Deliverable
Architecture pack, integration inventory, and estimate with assumptions.
RFI, capability statements & vendor onboarding
RFI and sources-sought responses, capability statements, past-performance write-ups, and the vendor registration and questionnaire work (security, privacy, supplier diversity) that gates enterprise and government deals.
Deliverable
RFI response, one-page capability statement, and completed vendor questionnaires.
RFP response & bid management
Capture & go/no-go
Opportunity research, incumbent and competitor analysis, teaming recommendations, and a structured go/no-go review so proposal effort goes only where you can win.
Deliverable
Go/no-go scorecard and capture plan within 5 business days of the solicitation.
Compliance & requirements management
We shred the solicitation into a requirements matrix — every "shall", every evaluation factor, every page limit and formatting rule — and track each to an owner and a section.
Deliverable
Color-coded compliance matrix and annotated outline.
Technical, management & pricing volumes
Solution narrative, architecture, staffing and transition plans, risk management, past performance, and the cost volume — basis of estimate, labor-category mapping, onshore/offshore blend, price-to-win — written to the evaluation criteria so the numbers and the narrative tell the same story.
Deliverable
Evaluator-ready volumes with graphics and win themes; BOE workbook and pricing assumptions register.
Reviews, submission, orals & follow-through
Color-team reviews (pink, red, gold), compliance QA, desktop publishing, and submission by portal, email, or hard copy. Then orals coaching, live demo, clarification responses, and BAFO support.
Deliverable
Submission package with signed compliance checklist; rehearsed orals team, demo, and clarification log.
Presales engineers who understand the evaluator. Writers who understand the solution.
- 1
We have shipped what the RFP describes.
ProSer VoiceAI handles live appointment and call-center traffic. TimeFlow HR runs DCAA-style audit trails and charge-code authorization in production. Our case-management, consent-management, and ticketing platforms are deployed. When your proposal or demo claims a capability, we can show it running.
- 2
One team from discovery to delivery.
The presales engineer who ran the demo, the writer who drafted the technical volume, and the architect who estimated the work are the same people who hand over to delivery. Nothing promised in the pursuit gets lost at contract signature.
- 3
Public-sector fluency.
Section L and M mapping, FAR/DFARS clause awareness, state procurement portals, cooperative purchasing vehicles, and the difference between an RFI, RFQ, RFP, and IFB — and what each one actually wants back.
- 4
US and India delivery, one accountable lead.
A US-based pursuit manager owns the bid and your calendar. Our India team provides overnight writing, graphics, demo build, compliance, and production capacity, so a 30-day response gets closer to 60 working days of effort.
Proof you can put in front of an evaluator.
- ProSer VoiceAI — conversational voice agent for appointment booking, support, and call-center triage with human handoff. Product ↗
- TimeFlow HR — timesheets, leave, attendance, and approvals with an append-only, DCAA-style audit trail and Excel/PDF reporting. Product ↗
- Case management, consent management, ticketing, event management — delivered platforms available for scenario demos.
From first call to signed contract.
The same team stays on the pursuit through every step, so discovery informs the demo, the demo informs the technical volume, and the technical volume becomes the delivery plan.

Questions we get before a pursuit.
Can you help if the RFP is due in two weeks?+
Yes. Compressed timelines are common. We run a 48-hour intake, and the India team lets writing continue overnight. We will tell you honestly at intake if the deadline is not achievable with a compliant response.
Do you do presales without a proposal, or a proposal without presales?+
Both. Some clients bring us in only for demos and solution consulting on commercial deals; others only for a formal bid. The full pursuit is where the two reinforce each other most.
Do you write for federal, state, and commercial bids?+
All three. The discipline is the same — answer what is asked, in the order it is asked, with proof — but the formats, portals, and clauses differ, and we have worked in each.
Will you sign an NDA and a non-compete for the pursuit?+
Yes. We work under NDA on every engagement and will not support a competing offeror on the same solicitation.
Do we have to use your products?+
No. We propose the solution that fits the requirement. Our own platforms are an option when they fit, and an advantage when the evaluator wants to see something running.
Who owns the content?+
You do. Every demo script, matrix, narrative, graphic, and pricing model is yours to reuse.
